PAULINA EZQUERRA


Paulina Ezquerra is a Partner of MXC Capital, she has more than 15 years of experience in the financial sector advising companies on investment banking, corporate financing and best governance practices.

She has participated in the structuring and placement in the public markets of capital, debt and in private operations in more than 200 transactions in various industries. She has a high specialization in FIBRAs (REITs), CKDs, CERPIs, IPOs, securitizations and debt public offerings and; within the practice of it; she has participated in private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, advice on corporate governance issues, the banking and stock market sector and ESG.

Before joining MXC Capital, Paulina co-founded and later headed the Investment Banking area at Actinver Casa de Bolsa when the institution maintained leadership in public offerings in the capital market.
